The Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority (NCAA) has changed the revenue collection system to further enhance the quality assurance services that have been offered to its clients without disturbing customer information that is stored in the old system known as the safari portal.
Earlier, information that circulated to the public noted the new system (Safari Portal 2) will migrate all information from the old system before its usefulness on May, 31 2025.
Detailed information demanding various steps to be followed before May, 28,2025 to guarantee a successful and efficient data migration process, including confirmation of the Tanzania Tourism Business Licence(TTLB) with the Tourism Division(TALA) to ensure accuracy, to ensure the transport of tourists is registered in the MNRT Portal and to meet the TTLB Licence.
Further steps according to the Ngorongoro Area Authority(NCAA) are verification of the company’s registration detailed on the MNRT Portal, including correct office address, email, telephone, Tax-payer identification number and value- added tax.
